Student Government Activity Fee
The Loyalist Student Government represents full time students’ interests and undertakes a vast range of activities that enhance and foster an active and informed student life on campus while enriching the academic experience. The Loyalist Student provides to its members a broad range of advocacy work, services, facility enhancements and weekly events. Each year, the Loyalist Student Government organizes an amazing lineup of live entertainment, themed nights and special events for students. These fun and diverse events include Orientation Week, concerts, comedians, hypnotists, semi-formals, and much more held at the on-campus Shark Tank Pub! This fee is also used for operational costs, such as staffing, governance, marketing and administration. This is YOUR Student Government, YOU pay YOUR fees, YOU propose the ideas, YOU vote, YOU make the decisions.

In 2008-2009, the Student Government enhanced their programming line-up to accommodate an overwhelming amount of requests from students wanting more and better live entertainment. With this request came increases in live entertainment costs which were subsidized by the Student Government. The Student Government will continue to enhance their programming to ensure students enjoy a memorable social life while attending College. Operational costs have also increased.
Student Handbook Fee
The Student Handbook is a useful tool to keep track of personal, school and work life and it contains information about helpful College resources. This fee covers the cost to design and print day planners for all full-time students.

Student ID Card Fee
This fee covers the cost to print Student ID Cards for full-time students which provide access to:
- The Shark Tank Pub
- Student Government Events
- Student Fitness Centre
- Athletic Equipment
- Student Access Lab
- College Facilities Outside of Academic Scheduled Hours
- Library Services
- Audio Visual Services
- Belleville Transit Loyalist Monthly & Semester Pass

Facility Enhancement Fee
This fee is for improvements to student spaces on campus through renovations and capital purchases of furnishings as decided by the Loyalist Student Government and your feedback.
The primary fee allocation for 2009/2010 is to renovate the Health Centre.
