Requirements
The Student Centre is looking for students who are:

Outgoing

Creative

Personable

Energetic
Students must also have:

Their own catalog of music
-
The ability to interact with an audience
-
A strong passion for music
-
An interest in a variety of different types of music
-
The ability to scratch and mix music for a unique sound (only a plus!)
Duties
-
Put together good mixes of music that appeal to the crowd on pub nights.

Entertain and interact with the audience throughout pub nights.
-
Take requests for music.
-
Act as Master of Ceremonies to make announcements throughout pub nights about prizes, upcoming pub nights, etc.
Hours
-
The Student Centre recognizes that a student’s prime responsibility is to his/her studies. Pub nights run every Thursday night. Orientation Week for Student Centre Staff runs from Sunday, September 6 until Thursday, September 10.

About 6 hours a week, except for:
-
Orientation Week which could be about 18 hours.

Certain pub nights such as Semi Formals, Country Nights, etc.
