Loyalist Students

Students must abide with the following posting policies. Failure to do so may result in the removal of posters or a suspension of posting privileges.

- Posters are NOT to be posted on program, service or closed-in bulletin boards unless pre-approved.
- Posters will NOT cover other posters.
- Posters are NOT to be put up in/on the following surfaces/areas:
- Washrooms
- Glass/Windows
- Lockers
- Painted surfaces
- Pillars
- Vehicles
- Bus Shelters
- Posters must NOT contain any form of profanity, discrimination, or any level of disruptive political or religious context.
Off-Campus Businesses

- advertising in the Loyalist Student Handbook
- distribution of spirit kits or promotional materials
- orientation week and pub night sponsorship
